Hello everyone:

Thanks for giving me such a warm reception on Wednesday. I was really
delighted with all the questions and discussion following my presentation.

 Attached, as promised,  is a copy of my museum access paper. The paper is
an overview of access issues for persons with various disabilities, and
covers some of the topics I discussed on Wednesday, some additional points
not covered, and it goes into some points in somewhat greater detail than
was possible given the time I had available.

This is an updated and expanded version of what I prepared for the
Conference in Ottawa last October. It has benefitted from materials I have
discovered since I prepared the original version, and from articles sent to
me by a number of individuals. Should any of you come across good articles
on any of the topics covered in this paper, I would greatly appreciate it if
you would send them along, as I consider this paper a work in progress.

Also, I very much welcome the opportunity to continue the dialogue we began
this week. If any of you have further questions, please feel free to get in
touch with me. Also, if you have ideas of other places where I might give a
similar presentation, I am always open to opportunities to spread the word
on access concerning any topic, especially access to museums and art
galleries.

Thanks again for coming out and participating, and I hope you find this
paper interesting and useful.
