Object code entry is in Engage trunk

Hi Colin,
I've attached a patch to the Jira issue for the code entry screen:
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/ENGAGE-293
The code entry screen should now work without Lucene.
I have spotted an error with what I think is the producer for code entry
that tries to resolve the template relative to artifactView/. I'll be
looking more carefully into this after I rework the views for My
Collection for which I think that we can also switch to native Couch DB
views.
If you think that there is higher priority in some other task I'll be
glad to continue with it.
