Engage 0.3 Bug Parade

Hello,

I have made a first pass at a bug parade list for the Engage 0.3 release.

You can see the list of jiras from the Bug Parade filter

I expect that these will change.

Also if you notice that any of them should be closed already or moved off to another release, please mark them as such and delete the bug parade tag from the comments .
