Kiosk UI inspiration

Thanks James!  There are some interesting interfaces in there.
(Though, the music and their questionable representation of their user
group made me laugh.)

I think we should keep a tab on these things.  Maybe we should make a
page to collect the interesting UI kiosk interfaces we come across.  I
think I will do that when I get around to cleaning up the pages on the
wiki, so look out for it!
