[Decapod] Updated user interaction workflow (Flowchart)

Hi everyone,

Attached is a new version of the Decapod user interaction flowchart.

The major changes in this version:

* Operations carried out on page spreads instead of individual pages
* Ability to edit text flow and layout region classification of page spreads
during capture
* Removal of the remaster phase - all text flow and layout classification is
now done in the Capture and Review stage
* Addition of a Review stage to allow user to quickly review the book, make
edits if required
* Added book states so users can easily identify progress of books at a
glance
