SVN Housekeeping

With the home base of the Fluid Project moving from U of T to OCAD last week, it seems like now would be a good time to perform some  housekeeping on our SVN Repo.

Firstly, please let us know if you would like to change you SVN login ID. A number of us have account ID's that were our U of T e-mail addresses. Since these are no longer or will soon be invalid, it seems like something that should be updated. Also if anyone else would like to change their SVN login ID, now would be a convenient time to do that. 

Secondly, we should take the opportunity, while we are updating our accounts, to enact the Emeritus policy.
