whoo hoo - Infusion Builder deploy script

Hello Laurel,

I have run through the installations.

Server was no problem at all, and I was able to get it up and running  
very quickly.

I wasn't able to finish the local install though because I'm running  
MAMP and don't have command line access to mysql, which seems to be  
causing the script to not work.
