Okay, I think we have enough confirmation about the Firefox 3.5/Ogg  
video issue. Thanks so much for everyone's help.

This one is interesting. IE 8 doesn't support HTML5 video at all, so  
you should be seeing the embedded YouTube player instead. No? Are you  
running a recent version of Flash?
