UI Options round 1 protocol

Hello,

I've made a few changes to the Round 1 user testing protocol to UI
options, because the first protocol I used was a bit leading IMO:

I will make a note of this change on the testing results page. Here
are the tasks, and I think they're purposely vague to see how the user
would explore UI Options. I'm on the fence about tasks 3 and 4.
