Inline Edit "remove" button & JAWS

Hi,

Last week I conducted user testing with 2 JAWS users on the bSpace
implementation of Inline Edit. Here is the wiki page with results (please

A bug that came up is that when you tab to the 'remove' button to remove a
row, JAWS reads "true", which is not meaningful to the user.

Here is a patch that gives each button the title "remove this row".
