Renaming the Functional Examples

Great feedback. I guess this highlights the problem with the name
Functional Examples. We're talking here about chunks of simple HTML
and JavaScript code used to get developers up and running with
Infusion. They're designed to be looked at, dissected, and used as a
starting point for your own development. As such, they make for less
compelling examples of our functionality, since they're stripped down
to show key concepts.
Given this description, is this what you were expecting a Functional
Example to provide you with? If not, any suggestions for alternative
names?
