SVN restructuring update

We're moving along nicely with the restructuring - many, many thanks  
to everyone who has been helping today, Justin in particular!

We're still not quite done yet, so the nightly builds have not yet  
been reinstated, and the demos, etc. are not yet pointing to the new  
structure. We should have things finished up on Monday.
