SVN Restructuring: Path updates

Today, we're working on updating all of the sample file and test file  
paths to reflect the new folder structure.

There will likely be lots of commits for this, but other than this  
work, trunk should still be considered to be frozen.

If you're available to help with this work, jump into the IRC channel  
- I'll coordinate from there.
