SVN "frozen" for restructuring

I'm going to dive in and get the SVN restructuring completed.

Please avoid any commits, etc. until further notice, since trying to  
commit your changes while folders are moving will be very difficult!

Once it's complete, I'll need help testing everything, since I'm sure  
to miss something.
