The Clean Up Parade has started

It will last until the end of day on March 30, 2009

The Clean Up Parade will give us an opportunity to do some  
restructuring, clean up, and ensure some consistency.

The following tasks will be tackled:

- Class Name Changes ( fl & flc)
- Other consistency issues (i.e. jAria removal and replacing jQuery  
with $)
- SVN Restructuring
- build scripts
- comments
- licenses
- linting
- API Name Changes (public nominations needed)

For API Name Changes, a public nomination and discussion must take  
place. After a consensus is reached, the name can be changed.

The component leads should double check their components to ensure  
that they are still working as intended, after changes have been made.
