Everett,
At the moment, there's no way to do this. Two approaches come to mind
that we could implement for Infusion 1.1:
1. Add an option to UI Options that specifically allows users to ask
for alternatives to visual content. Given Flash's limitations with
many screen readers, we could arguably treat it as visual-only. This
would be the first instance of UI Options providing configuration for
components, and it might be interesting.
2. Provide a link alongside the Uploader which "de-enhances" it,
falling back to the plain old single file HTML uploader if user choose
to do so. This would be quite direct, though it might confuse some
users.
We've frozen the repository for the Infusion 1.0 release, but this is
a really good feature for the next release.
