Questions regarding UI Options: Minimum text size

Hi I have made some comments below.

If we did do this, what would happen if the initial base was 10 pt and  
I changed it to 50. I then found that 50 was too big and wanted to  
make it 30 pt. Would I have to reset everything and then change it  
back up to 30 pt.

I this might be the way to go for now.
