OSDPL - new pattern publishing options

To compliment this new feature, the front page of the OSDPL has been
modified to reveal to the user different content that exists on the
site.

For example, depending if you are a registered user or not, you can
now see content that is open for comments, or keep track of
discussions you are taking part in.

The objective is to build an interface that supports the different
states content can take on ("Draft", "Open for Comments", "Request
Review", or "Published"). More changes like this will be coming to the
OSDPL in the coming weeks.
