1.0 Release timeline reminder

I have started to compile a list of issues that may be on the bug  
parade.

This list should come down in size quite a bit, for the following  
reasons.

1) as bugs are fixed before the bug parade starts

2) some bugs may already be fixed, but just weren't marked

3) will prioritize the issues and only leave the most important ones

Also as bugs are found, some new ones may be added and some old ones  
removed
