UI Options design question

Hello Gary,

I was looking over the UI Options wireframe again, as I am updating  
the test plan. I have a question about the "Easier to Find" section.

In that section you are able to mark a check box in order to highlight  
Links and/or Inputs. For the highlight, there is another check box to  
select a color. What would happen if the user selected the check box  
for highlight, but didn't select a color? Should the color option not  
have a checkbox, but just a combo box containing a list of color  
choices, or is there something that should be happening by default  
whether or not the color check box is marked?
