Work on the artifact component

Hello everyone,

as a result of our developer meeting earlier today I will start to work on
an artifact component
for the Fluid Engage project. I updated the JIRA
entry<http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-2889>a bit and hope
it is sufficient information.
All comments are welcome on how to improve the JIRA entry if it is not
clear.

The development will take place in the
incubator<https://source.fluidproject.org/svn/incubator/mobile-fss/trunk/>tree
of SVN.
