Alison,

When you talk to Christina Gibbs, TMS specialist, it might be good to  
get a sense of whether or not they are using COBOAT:  http://www.oclc.org/research/software/coboat/default.htm

This may have implications for any kind of data sharing they can do.

Also, asking some general questions about how their infrastructure is  
set up would be huge -- drawing a map of it -- a sort of IT inventory  
as we talked about a while ago.
