First version of an artifact page

Hello everyone,

I created (with the help of many people) a very basic artifact page that
uses some basic
renderer functionality.

Next steps are to use Yura's CouchDB to pull in Data (via JSON) and use
Jackob's and
Heidi's mobile FSS style sheets to make it look like a mobile page.

Also I will have to look at James' work and see what he wants to appear in
the demo.
