wiki clean-up

Hey Folks,

As you saw the wiki upgrade went quite well.  There are a few  
formatting issues that need to be addressed -- I'm just going to list  
them here.

header size differentiation

replacing the favicon with our png image

If you have a few moments and want to play around with this -- have at
