wiki upgrade update

Dear All,

The wiki has been upgraded.  You may find that some of the pages look  
a little different -- some formatting has changed and we will need to  
address that.

Search will be slow, unreliable, or not work.  We have so much amazing  
content in our wiki, it will take a number of hours for it to be  
reindexed, allowing search to perform as expected.

We will check in on the progress of the indexing tonight and tomorrow  
and will send out an update when it is completed.

If you have any questions about any content or formatting, please feel  
free to contact me directly.
