Hi all,
Earlier this week, John Burns and Keith Kiser from JSTOR paid a visit
to the ATRC to work with the local Decapod team on solidifying our
understanding of the process behind digitizing a book (wrt to
Decapod). I've attached the outcome of our working day: a flow diagram
of the digitization process (two part process: digitization/capturing,
and remastering). Some rough notes are included on the diagram.
We expect to support the process diagram with key path and validation
scenarios, and begin designing some initial mockups and wireframes in
the nearish future.
If you're interested in knowing what Decapod's all about, we encourage
you to check out the diagram.
Cheers,
James
