code for FLUID-2925

Hi all, but particularly Jacob,

I'm working on the server side code for the custom build, which is 
currently hosted in the sandbox repository.

I've attached a file to 
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-2925. It is a first pass at 
the non-javascript version of the custom build server side code.
This file (postProcessor.php) is related to the index.php that Jacob 
wrote originally, but is aimed purely at processing the post returned 
from a custom build request - I've removed the processing of the json 
files and the rendering of the html.

I have not uploaded a revised config.php containing the constants in 
postProcessor.php because I need to "generalize" the paths - something 
suitable to be checked in that doesn't contain info about our specific 
server configuration.

Jacob - can you review this code and let me know if there is anything 
you would like to see altered or fixed? I can provide the generalized 
config.php asap (tomorrow am?), but you may want to see my specific 
version if you are doing testing. I can walk you through my tests on the 
website but do not want to publish the page, so check with me if you 
want to see a demo.
