subscribing to daily updates

Dear All,

If you set up an account on the wiki and go into your user  
preferences, you can subscribe to a daily update email that will look  
like the one pasted below.  This is a great way to keep up on what  
folks on the team have been working on daily.  The subscribe screen  
looks like the following:




This is a daily summary of all recent changes in Confluence.
