Framework plans for 1.0 (was Re: Component developers: share your plans)

Here are my plans for Infusion 1.0:

* Help Eli with Uploader accessibility fixes
* Work with Antranig to continue to improve APIs for Renderer
* Write "Why Fluid?" and "Infusion Concepts" documentation
* Help bring together a few collaborators to work on the new build  
system
* Lend a hand with other components, such as UI Options, as needed
