One additional comment about font size--as an organization promoting  
accessibility, I think it's pretty important that our website is  
readable at first glance--*almost* more important than keeping the  
icons above the fold. But hopefully we can figure out a way to  
accomplish both goals.

We could also consider adding a text sizer to the site...I couldn't  
find a great example of it right away, but the CA DVM has a  
rudimentary version: http://dmv.ca.gov/.
