What do people think of the breadcrumbs so far? You can find them on
http://fluidproject.org/index.php/fluid-design-handbook
http://fluidproject.org/index.php/Infusion
etc.

Are they helpful? Where should they appear - on all pages or only on 
some? They can be customized further.
