Just popping this over from the JQuery UI thread - Resig and others are
discussing the role of JQuery as situated within wider frameworks.

http://groups.google.com/group/jquery-dev/tree/browse_frm/thread/1ec4dca6e02616d6/8ae7f021172ade98?rnum=1&_done=%2Fgroup%2Fjquery-dev%2Fbrowse_frm%2Fthread%2F1ec4dca6e02616d6%2F8ae7f021172ade98%3Ftvc%3D1%26#doc_b4a91084a1299714

I hope this link works, certainly Google Groups does not seem to have a
great URL structure.

Note that things that sound like "Javascript MVC" occupy something like
the functional space of some of our framework, although that is not the
idiom we use - Fluid Renderer/Data Binder is inheriting the
"controllerless/data is King" approach to application design that was
initiated in RSF. Still it is interesting to see how these discussions
take place, and the sorts of considerations that are important to
JQuery users and framework developers.

Cheers,
Boz.
