FSS + UI Options for 1.0

I think some of the core issues I would like to address in 1.0 for FSS are:

   1. Documentation (which is coming along nicely, but still evolving)
   Valerie is currently helping with this

   2. Establish a consistent class name system so we can clean up the FSS
   api and create new class name hooks effortlessly
   Eli, do you have some spare cycles to help with this?

   3. Testing, testing, testing!
   I was hoping I could continue to work with Justin on this

   4. Rounding out a robust feature set
   I was hoping I could work with Eli and Gonzalo on this. I think this
   might work nicely with the Sakai markup guideline docs in development.

   5. Finish Skins + develop a skinning tool/merge skinning with other
   skinning tools
   I need to finish skinning the Uploader + Pager components. Colin (?) can
   we talk about skinning tools?
