.htaccess/index.php fix? - Re: refreshed website soft launched

Hey Blake, Just re: how the site was made, I believe it's from a CMS called
CMS Made Simple.....so I dont know how feasable it is to remove the existing
uri structure....perhaps the CMS has a feature to turn off these unfriendly
urls?
