My worklist for 1.0

For 1.0, I plan to be mainly continuing to work on the Pager and
Renderer. Most Pager features are now ready "in preview"
demonstrated in the "sakai site setting" sample, but they need
some polishing, optimisation, and documentation.
Pager:
Complete the "highlight column" functionality that now has a
"first implementation".
Work on data binding and invalidation models - this will go
together with the corresponding work on the renderer -
Needs *lots* of test cases - however, we need to review the
overall options structure which has already got a bit
sprawling with all the levels of subcomponents.
Renderer:
Split off data binding layer into a renderer-independent file,
and implement the invalidation/event based features that will
be demoed with the Pager above.
Need to start thinking about tag multiplicity issues, and
how we can make the renderer easier to use in general
especially with respect to "deep markup agnostiscism", although
a lot of this will have to be pushed out beyond 1.0.
Reorderer:
This is a pretty stable component now, not planning anything
other than a bit of JIRA gardening.
I am interested in seeing how we can progress work on our
automated build infrastructure, but not sure what the best
routes is for that.
I would appreciate some help with:
i) review of the Pager functionality and options structure, and
ideas how this could be made "flatter"/clearer
ii) help with tuning up the skinning of the sakai site setting
example, which I broke quite a lot when I ripped out their markup
and CSS - perhaps you have a few cycles to help with this, Jacob?
Cheers,
Antranig.
