Jess,
This looks great. Definitely an improvement.

There are some extra known issues that were lost in your version  
(checked in during the time that you were working)

And generally we wrap long lines of text since developers may be  
looking at the ReadMe in a text editor that doesn't auto-wrap lines.

I will make these changes and check in the file.

Anyone else have any comments?
