Revised VULab SVN structure

Hey guys,

We spoke earlier today about reorganizing the VULab's directory  
structure in SVN to make it more standard and to better reflect the  
distinction between the Web and RASCAL modules.

You've probably seen a flurry of commits against the VULAB-176 ticket  
(or accidently against the "FLUID-176," since I'm so used to typing  
FLUID- as a prefix). Here's the new directory structure:

Can you take a look and make sure it's cool? I've moved Blake's  
CakePHP work into a new "sandbox" module, just in case you guys decide  
to revive it later. If you choose not to, you can always toast it at  
some point.
