VULAB-175 - Code Review *sigh*

I *sigh* because you powerful commiters must be loving me now, haha..
5th or 6th patch in 2 days - heh, with great power, comes great code  
review volume.

Anyway, here is another but FAR less involved then the others - Mainly  
a housekeeping type of thing.

There are a slew of folders and files that are legacy or unused - I've  
tried to take vulab in tons of directions so we have some folders that  
shouldn't be in a deployable package.
