I like paths to be really clear -- especially paths that will be  
standard for most folks and might allow those who aren't experienced  
web admins to still install your files.  so, e.g.

> 1. Upload All Files

why not say "the root directory is likely /blah/blah/blah

find this at /blah/blah/blah
