openVULab Readme - Does it make sense?

Hello fluid friends,

Yesterday I took the fluid components readme and tweaked it to look  
more like a readme for VULab.

If you can take 10 minutes and give it a read over, and please voice  
any opinions, comments, critiques etc.

I'd especially love those of you who DON'T know what openVULab is to  
give it a read :)
