User testing environment for layout reorderer

Hi Daphne,
I have updated the link on the page you mentioned, so it should be
working now.
As for build, I think you may have looked at the uPortal demo, which
is an instance that was pulled from the uPortal trunk. For that one,
you need to login (info provided in one of the portlets e.g. demo/
demo) before you are able to reorder anything. The link that I placed
on your page is for our uPortal mock-up which includes an
ImageReorderer portlet and an inline edit field in the Bookmarks portlet
