OSDPL - unexpected downtime.

Hi everyone.

Due to an unexpected MySQL and Drupal problem issue, the Open Source
Design Pattern Library was taken offline 4pm ET today. I will attempt
to restore functionality as quickly as possible.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
