builder: title attributes of the module & keyboard nav.

Colin, Laurel & I were just talking about this: you're a sighted user
relying on keyboard navigation to tab through the checkboxes, and you will
currently miss the title of each module. The tiles are actually quite
descriptive about each module. We're currently looking for ideas on how to
communicate this information to a keyboard navigation user (perhaps through
an accordian style interaction).

I think it's already been suggested, making this text automatically visible
under each module checkbox. This is my personal preference, because I don't
like using the mouse to see the tilte attribute. The drawback is a busier
page.
