Ron has been asking about this for awhile now, and I felt like the vulab codebase was prepared enough for this change. http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/VULAB-195 as the system runs currently the users who have been invited to a project are taken completely off the list, ron wants them to still be visible but disabled, this patch accomplishes this. - Blake p.s Thanks :)
