Design Patterns ready for review

Hi there,

I've been reviewing and updating the design patterns that were brought  
over from previous Sakai work.  3 are now ready for review:

- Invitation - Tool Tip
- Titled Sections
- Extras on Demand

Once they have been reviewed we will publish them.  Please send
