Component renaming completed in the code

We've completed the API and filename transitions from
    Lightbox   to   Image Reorderer
and
    Layout Customizer  to    Layout Reorderer

I've updated the build site, including all the links to demos and test  
files.

If anyone finds any broken links anywhere related to the Image  
Reorderer or the Layout Reorderer, let me know!
