Development iteration planning meeting Thurdsay

Hi developers,

Let's have a short meeting on Thursday after stand-up to plan what we  
are working on. The tentative plan is the dev iteration 42 JIRA  
filter. There are still a few things missing from there including  
items that come out of the skinning conversations.  This iteration  
will take us to mid September.

The high level items in the iteration are:

  Uploader refactoring
  Reorderer refactoring and integration with uPortal
  Automated testing supports
  Skinning and springboards work
