Component landing page redesign status?

I'm wondering what is the status of the efforts to develop a  
consistent format for each component landing page.

The following component landing pages seem to be converging on a layout:
   Layout Reorderer
   Uploader
   Pager
   Inline Edit
   User Interface Options
however the links in the grey box in the lower right corner are not  
really consistent across these pages.

Is this still a work in progress? Can one of these pages be considered  
an exemplar?
