VULAB Iteration 6: WEB

Hey,

This week in VULab::WEB I will be focusing on getting things ready for  
the All-Hands-Meeting. Having a clean working product for all-hands is  
my #1 priority.

Tasks this week will revolve around:
- system testing
- bug fixes
- discussion of framework and VULab's future (codeigniter, plugins, mvc)
- more feature testing and fixing.
