New release packaging

Hi all,

For Infusion 0.3, we're making several changes to our build process:

1. We're no longer distributing PDF-based documentation in favour of  
live documentation in the wiki.
2. We're distributing a source version of the Infusion package in  
addition to our minified version.

In preparation for Infusion 0.3's release, I've committed these  
changes to our automated build scripts. The build script now produces  
two zip files: one for the minified version and one for the source  
distribution.
